Various models are available – lightweight versions, heavy-duty versions and special designs, with individual expansion elements and diameters up to 500 mm. The simple and well-designed construction ensures a long service life. All shafts described above can be supplied in custom versions or as single-sided bearing expanding shafts upon request.

Safety Chucks

Safety chucks ensure reliable locking during winding and unwinding. The locking mechanism allows shaft removal only when it is stationary in the top position, significantly improving operational safety. Insertion is simple thanks to the angled handwheel. For less demanding applications, these chucks offer a cost-effective solution as supports for expanding shafts. For more demanding uses and higher speeds, versions with interchangeable VT inserts are available.
