Our components are used in some of the most remote locations and meet a wide range of requirements. In some systems and equipment, pneumatic supply is not available—this is often the case in medical technology and driverless transport systems.

Our clamping and braking elements provide especially high holding forces in a compact design. The electro-pneumatic unit enables the use of cost-effective components even in systems that lack large pneumatic units.

Integrated Sensing
The unit is specially optimized for our low air-consumption components and allows for energy-efficient operation through dynamic pressure regulation. Pneumatic pressure between 4 and 6 bar can be selected and is reliably controlled and maintained thanks to integrated sensing.

Lightweight and Compact
At the same time, this lightweight and compact unit can be installed close to the consumers, enabling extremely fast opening and closing times. With simple control and 24 V technology, our unit is preconfigured for mobile battery-powered systems, such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs). In addition, various process sequences can be implemented thanks to controlled valves.

  • Controlling pneumatic components in driverless transport systems (also known as AGVs – Automated Guided Vehicles)
  • Clamping of medical tables
  • Use in autonomous assembly islands (especially in the automotive industry)
  • In systems outside of industrial environments where no pneumatic supply is available and fully electric components are too costly
